Is there such a thing as over training?
Yes, for sure! Knowing that it takes the body varied amounts of time to recover from varied workouts means we should all be taking adequate rest for optimal recovery. However, most of population of people who workout don’t really fall into this category. If you are unsure whether your current training program is overkill, check in with yourself, how do you feel? Are you always flat or do your workouts supercharge you? Or even better, seek professional assistance to be sure you are working as effectively as possible.
